Five quick-reference index pages link out to ~150+ individual case-detail pages at /services/case-summaries/{category}/[a-z]-N.html (C-, D-, G-, NC-, prefixed by appeal class). Tier A adapter (rcmp-erc) parses the case-detail pages — h1 + ERC Findings + ERC Recommendation + (sometimes) Commissioner of the RCMP Decision sub-section. Index pages return [] from the adapter; they exist only to seed crawler discovery of the case URLs.
