The two adjudications/ pages are the primary structured surfaces — HTML tables of public hearings (PH IDs) and reviews-on-the-record (RR IDs) with member name, department, and per-document PDF links. Tier A adapter (opcc-bc) parses both. The earlier /public-reports/ and /decisions/ paths 404 after the 2024-05 site refresh; replaced 2026-04-25. Substantiated-allegations is annual-PDF-summary form (not row-per-case) and the discipline-decisions-digest landing page links out to a separate database UI — both kept as capture targets, parsed downstream.
