OPAC → OPAAC transition under CSPA 2019 (effective 2024-04-01). Under the prior Police Services Act, police-discipline hearings were held by service-level hearing officers with OCPC appellate review; CSPA transferred that adjudicative role to OPAAC's roster of adjudicators. LECA investigates complaints; OPAAC adjudicates the resulting discipline matters and publishes per-case PDFs. Decision-numbering ADJ-YY-NNN starting with 25-004 (earliest on current index: 2025-03).
