Keep oiprd.on.ca in allowed_domains for purge monitoring of legacy URLs. Recon 2026-04-23: LECA publishes annual reports (OIPRD + LECA PDFs 2019-2025 under /news/annual-reports/) plus sparse news posts; no per-case decision pages online — case-level findings route through the Inspectorate of Policing (iop-on) for adjudicative decisions, or stay internal to the complainant. Adapter may be low-yield; annual reports + news-post titles are the realistic signal.
